The New Raise3D Pro3 Dual
The Raise3D Pro3 is the most advanced 3D printer in its segment, featuring improvements that cater to the needs of agile or small-batch production of parts, tools, spare components, or similar products.
The Raise3D Pro3 offers a build volume of 300x300x300 mm. Based on the award-winning Pro2 series, the Raise3D Pro3 delivers enhanced user-friendliness, increased overall equipment effectiveness, and industrial-grade repeatability, making it the best choice in its segment for any customer utilizing 3D printing in agile or small-batch production.
In terms of material compatibility, the Raise3D Pro3—boasting the greatest potential in its segment—can print with any filament requiring processing temperatures up to 300°C, including PLA, ABS, HIPS, PC, TPU, TPE, NYLON, PETG, ASA, PP, PVA, Glass Fiber Infused, Carbon Fiber Infused, Metal Fill, and Wood Fill, among others. Customers can expect top-quality results when using Raise3D filaments as well as third-party filaments approved under the Open Filament Program.
The Raise3D Pro3 can be easily integrated into a production environment and seamlessly connects to Raise3D's 3D printing software ecosystem, including the ideaMaker slicing software, the ideaMaker Library, and RaiseCloud.
Interchangeable Hot Ends of the Raise3D Pro3
The Raise3D Pro3 is equipped with an independent modular extruder featuring a dual extrusion structure. This allows the Pro3 to print with a variety of filaments while reducing the risk of clogs and enabling easy disassembly and replacement of components, minimizing machine downtime.
The new interchangeable hot-end system is ideal for users who frequently switch between standard/non-abrasive and abrasive materials that require different types of nozzles or for those looking to print at higher speeds using various nozzle sizes. These hot ends are designed with a click-and-lock mechanism that requires no tools and are uniquely identified to track and log nozzle usage time.
Automatic Bed Leveling
While the Pro2 series comes with factory calibration requiring minimal or no calibration effort, the Raise3D Pro3 takes usability a step further by introducing Auto Bed Leveling.
The new Auto Bed Leveling feature is a valuable tool for users employing printers for production purposes and aiming to implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure consistent quality in the final printed parts. Auto Bed Leveling minimizes the time spent on calibration and enhances overall productivity.
Air Flow Manager
The Air Flow Manager of the Raise3D Pro3 is located at the back of the printer, enhancing heat dissipation and air circulation to create a stable environment within the printing chamber.
Equipped with a HEPA air filter, the Air Flow Manager can also filter and purify the air in the chamber. As long as the printer operates within the recommended temperature range, the Air Flow Manager ensures temperature stability within the chamber, resulting in improved repeatability and consistent, high-quality results, regardless of external conditions.
EVE Smart Assistant
The Raise3D Pro3 features a built-in smart assistance system known as EVE. Similar to common features in 2D printing, the EVE Assistant helps users accurately identify and resolve issues that could impact the final print job.
Additionally, it includes a function that analyzes printer usage and sends reminders for scheduled interventions to ensure timely printer maintenance.
Raise3D is the first company in its segment to introduce such a feature, elevating the usability of professional 3D printers to a new level.
